This website shares information about Bill Collins's campaign for Kane County Board District 11 and gives residents a way to get in touch.
Information we collect
If you contact the campaign by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to send. If you make a contribution through the linked Freedom Vote donation page, the form collects contributor type, name, email, phone, mailing address, occupation, employer, contribution amount, and your contribution eligibility confirmation. Payment card and bank details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this campaign website.
How it is used
We use contact information to respond and share campaign or volunteer information you have requested. Contribution information is used to process the donation, send receipts, maintain campaign-finance records, and satisfy reporting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics
We may collect privacy-preserving, aggregate visit statistics (such as page views and referring sites) to understand which information residents find useful. These statistics do not identify individual visitors.
Third-party links
Links to Freedom Vote, Stripe, the Kane County Clerk, the Illinois State Board of Elections, and Facebook lead to services governed by their own privacy policies. Freedom Vote hosts the contribution form and campaign recordkeeping workflow; Stripe processes the payment.
